Our fee covers dispatching a technician — including travel expenses, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and the time of trained professionals with years of experience diagnosing and repairing appliances.
$120 Diagnostic Service
We offer a straightforward diagnostic service of $120 for residential and commercial visits. If you decide to proceed with the repair during the same visit, we waive the diagnostic fee entirely.
90-Day Warranty on Parts & Labor
Once we make your repair, we honor individual manufacturer warranties on parts, and we back all workmanship with a 90-day warranty. We repair most major brand appliances including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Maytag, Sub-Zero, KitchenAid, Bosch, Amana, and more.
No Hidden Fees
No hidden fees or charges are ever built into our pricing. If you need more than one appliance diagnosed, it's $50 for the second appliance and $60 for each additional diagnostic service.
