We had another repair service out to try to repair our freezer and after a couple of minutes... without looking at it they said it needed a part which they later said was no longer available. Hartmanns took it apart, diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away. We will continue to use them and recommend them for all of our appliance repairs from now on.read more
